Welcome to Shri Sai Boutique (“we”, “us”, “our”).   • Promotional offers are time-bound, subject to availability, and cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
  • In case of pricing errors or inaccuracies, we may cancel orders or request the difference. If payment has been taken, we will offer a refund.

4) Orders and Acceptance

  • By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase selected items under these Terms.

  • Order confirmation is subject to:

    • Successful payment authorization (except COD),

    • Stock availability,

    • Passing our fraud and verification checks.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including limited stock, payment issues, incorrect pricing/product information, or suspected fraud. Any amounts paid will be refunded.

5) Payments

  • Accepted Methods:

    • Cash on Delivery (COD) — A COD convenience fee of ₹30 may apply.

    • Credit/Debit Cards — Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, etc.

    • UPI — Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM UPI, etc.

    • Netbanking — Supported Indian banks.

    • Wallets — As supported by the gateway.

  • Payment Gateway:

    • All online payments are processed securely via Cashfree on behalf of Shri Sai Boutique .

    • By choosing an online payment option, the customer authorizes Cashfree and its banking partners to process, collect, and settle payments to Shri Sai Boutique as per applicable regulations.

  • Security:

    • Transactions are routed through PCI-DSS compliant systems with SSL/TLS encryption.

    • [Your Store Name] does not store full card numbers, CVV, or UPI PINs on its servers.

  • Payment Authorization & Failures:

    • Orders paid online are subject to real-time authorization by the issuing bank/UPI and the payment gateway.

    • If a transaction is declined, timed out, or remains in “pending” status, the order may be placed on hold or canceled; no liability is assumed for bank/gateway delays.

    • In the event of a debited-but-not-confirmed transaction, reconciliation is typically completed by the bank/gateway; on confirmation of receipt, the order will be processed or the amount will be refunded as applicable.

  • Refunds for Cancellations:

    • If an order (in full or part) is canceled before dispatch or by Shri Sai Boutique due to stock, pricing, or verification issues, any collected online payment will be refunded to the original payment method through Cashfree’s refund rails.

    • Refund initiation occurs after cancellation approval; actual credit timelines depend on banks/networks.

  • Chargebacks & Disputes:

    • In case of a chargeback/dispute raised with the issuing bank or UPI app, we may share order, delivery, and communication records with the payment processor to resolve the claim.

    • If the dispute is resolved in our favor, no refund will be issued; if resolved in the customer’s favor, the amount may be reversed by the bank/network.

  • COD Terms:

    • Pay the exact amount at delivery; carriers may refuse delivery if payment is unavailable.

    • Repeated COD refusals or RTOs may lead to restricted COD eligibility for future orders.

  • Pricing & Currency:

    • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Any displayed discounts, coupon values, or fees (including COD fee) are applied as per cart and checkout calculations.

  • Fraud Prevention & Verification:

    • We reserve the right to conduct additional verification (phone/email) or cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity, payment anomalies, or policy violations; any collected amounts will be refunded where applicable.

6) Promotions, Discounts, and Coupons

  • Promotional offers (e.g., flat discounts, “Buy 2 Get 1 Free”, coupon codes) are time-bound, subject to eligibility, exclusions, and availability.

  • Unless expressly stated, promotions cannot be combined, are non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash.

  • If items bought with a coupon are returned or canceled, the refund value will reflect the discounted price paid.

  • We reserve the right to modify or withdraw any promotion without notice.
