Thank you for shopping with Shri Sai Boutique. This Shipping Policy explains our delivery timelines, charges, service coverage, order processing, and related terms for purchases made on our WooCommerce store.

1) Service Coverage

  • We currently ship across India to all serviceable pincodes covered by our courier partners.

  • Orders to remote or out-of-coverage locations may take longer or may be canceled with a full refund if delivery is not possible.

2) Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days after successful order placement and payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after cut-off time (usually 2:00 PM local time) are processed the next working day.

  • During sale periods or high-demand events, processing may take longer.

3) Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Delivery: 4–7 working days after dispatch, depending on destination.

  • Express Delivery: 1–3 working days after dispatch (if selected and available).

  • Overall Estimated Delivery Window: 3–7 business days in most cases, subject to courier networks, location, and external factors.

  • Delays may occur due to festivals, adverse weather, operational backlogs, or regulatory checks. We’ll strive to keep customers informed of material delays.

4) Shipping Charges

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders above ₹999.

  • Flat ₹60 shipping fee on orders below ₹999.

  • Express Delivery: ₹99 extra when available and selected at checkout.

  • Any special handling or remote area surcharges (if applicable) will be communicated before dispatch or at checkout.

5) Order Tracking

  • A tracking link/ID is shared via email/SMS/WhatsApp upon dispatch.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after pickup from our facility.

  • If tracking shows delivered but the package is not received, contact us within 48 hours so we can coordinate with the courier.

6) Address Accuracy and Delivery Attempts

  • Please provide complete and accurate shipping details (name, address, landmark, pincode, active phone number).

  • Couriers generally attempt delivery up to 2 times. If undelivered due to an incorrect address, unreachable contact, or repeated refusal, the shipment may be returned to us.

  • Re-shipping can be arranged upon request; additional shipping fees may apply.

7) Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on eligible orders and pincodes. A convenience fee of ₹30 may apply.

  • Exact cash payment is required at delivery. The courier may refuse delivery if payment is unavailable.

  • Repeated COD refusals or RTOs may lead to restrictions on future COD orders.

8) Packaging and Handling

  • All sarees are securely packed with protective materials to minimize transit damage.

  • In the rare case of tampered or damaged packaging on arrival, please:

    • Refuse delivery or ask the courier to note the damage,

    • Take clear photos and contact our support within 24 hours of the delivery attempt.

9) Split Shipments

To expedite delivery, items in a single order may ship in multiple parcels with separate tracking IDs. You will not be charged extra for split shipments.

10) Undeliverable Orders and Returns-to-Origin (RTO)

  • If an order is returned to origin due to non-serviceable location, incorrect address, repeated failed attempts, or refusal at doorstep:

    • Prepaid Orders: We can re-ship on request (additional shipping fees may apply) or issue a refund to the original payment method after deducting two-way shipping/handling where applicable.

    • COD Orders: Re-shipping may be offered at our discretion; repeated refusals may lead to COD restrictions.

11) Change of Address or Shipping Method After Order

  • Address or shipping method changes are possible only before dispatch and subject to feasibility.

  • Once shipped, changes cannot be made. Please use the tracking link to coordinate delivery preferences directly with the courier where available.

12) Delivery Delays and Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, accidents, operational disruptions at courier hubs, or governmental actions). We will make reasonable efforts to expedite delivery once normal operations resume.

13) Proof of Delivery (POD) and OTP

  • Couriers may require an OTP, signature, or ID verification at delivery for security.

  • By placing an order, the customer agrees to cooperate with standard courier verification processes.

14) International Shipping

Currently, we ship within India only. International shipping is not available unless announced otherwise.
